Diagnosis before repairAttention in English and SpanishHialeah, FloridaWhat does it mean?
the engine module requests to review codes stored in the transmission module.
Common symptoms
Abrupt changes, emergency mode, lack of changes or transmission light.
Emergency level
High if there are any blows, skating or loss of movement.
Possible cases
Electric walls, sensors, solenoids, pressure, fluid or internal problem; it requires reading the TCM. These are possibilities, not a definitive diagnosis.
How we checked
Full Scanning of the TCM, live data, fluid status, circuits and pressure tests when appropriate. We also review technical bulletins and year-specific data, engine and model when appropriate.
Should the code be deleted?
To remove it without repairing the cause can temporarily turn off the light, but it does not solve the problem. First we document the data, perform tests and then check the repair.
You need a clear diagnosis?
A code guides the inspection, but does not in itself confirm which piece to replace. We check data, circuits and real conditions before recommending a repair.
